Heritage Insurance Agency was founded in 1982 by Gary Wihbey and Saverio (Sam) Perugini. After a few years, Sam returned to teaching, and Gary owned and operated the agency for over 40 years, building a reputation for professional and personal service that now reaches several thousand clients across most of Connecticut. Today, Noah Rak, a licensed agent, leads the agency alongside the long-time staff, providing the same service Heritage clients have come to expect.

The agency spans generations. We currently insure the grandchildren of many of our original clients.
