We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, or financial account details through this website. When those are needed to quote or bind a policy, a licensed agent collects them directly.
To respond to you, to improve the website, and to keep the records Connecticut and Massachusetts insurance regulations require.
We do not sell your information. We share it only to do business with you: with insurance carriers when shopping a quote on your behalf, with the service providers that run this website and deliver your messages, and with regulators where the law requires.
Inquiries that do not become policies are kept up to 36 months in case you come back, then deleted. Client records are kept for the duration of the relationship plus the period required by state insurance law.
Minimal, privacy-friendly analytics only. No advertising trackers, no social pixels, nothing sold. Block cookies in your browser and the site still works.
Connecticut and Massachusetts residents may ask what personal information we hold, request a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of any sale of personal data.
