Noah believes insurance should feel personal, not complicated. He gets to know his clients, works out what matters most to them, and makes sure their families, homes, and businesses are properly protected. Born and raised in Connecticut, he is a former professional athlete and now a husband and dad, and he brings the same things he lives by, hard work, loyalty, looking out for the people around him, to how he works with clients. It is about more than writing a policy. It is being someone familiar you can call when you need help.

Angela has been servicing Heritage Agency clients since 1984 and is well-known and very much appreciated by the agency's clients. She is a state-licensed Property and Casualty agent who services all types of auto, home, condo, and recreational insurance, and holds an associate degree in accounting from Naugatuck Valley Community College in Waterbury. Angela lives in Woodbury with her husband of 38 years. She has two children and three grandchildren who occupy most of her free time, and is an active member of the Pontelandolfo Club in Waterbury.

Theresa joined Heritage Insurance in 2017, where she works as a Senior Customer Service Representative. She is a state-licensed property and casualty agent and handles both personal and commercial insurance for the agency. Theresa formerly worked for The Hartford Insurance Company from 1987 through 2013, where she held a variety of positions. She resides in Cheshire with her husband of 54 years and is the proud mother of three adult children and grandmother to four. In her spare time she enjoys quilting and spending time with her family.

Sheridan is a Massachusetts native who attended boarding school in Connecticut before earning his college degree in Vermont. After college he joined the U.S. Army, serving in the infantry on deployment in the Middle East, and completed his postgraduate degree while in the military. He is currently pursuing an MBA. Sheridan came to Heritage as a customer service representative and is now a licensed insurance agent in both Connecticut and Massachusetts, specializing in personal insurance including all types of auto and home. In his free time he explores Western Massachusetts with his two loyal dogs and watches the Patriots on Sundays.
